Q: I can't find the product I am looking for?
 
A: No problem, you are not restricted to the items in our catalogue. This is a shop window for the huge range of products we can source and supply.  Please call our Team today on 020 8870 1555 and we will be happy to discuss your needs, no matter how big or small!
 
 
Q: How long will my order take to deliver?
 
A: The lead time varies on what products you have requested, each quotation is sent with the lead time information attached so you have a clear idea of exactly how long your order will take.
 
 
Q: I need my order faster than the standard lead time, is this possible?
 
A: Most items we are able to express to you, ensuring you have them in time for your event!  Please always let our Team know what your deadline is, even if it seems impossible!
 
 
Q: Can I see a Sample?
 
A: Of course, we are able to arrange a sample to be sent to you before you place an order. This will be a plain sample and not printed with your artwork and sometimes might be chargeable.
 
 
Q: How do you personalise products with my logo?
 
A: You will need to supply your artwork to us, this can usually be sent via e-mail. We prefer a high resolution PDF or vector based EPS file. Our Artwork Department are always happy to advice you with exactly what you need, and can help you locate it.
 
 
Q: What is the SET UP charge?
 
A: SET UP, also known as origination is the cost referring to the creation of the printing plates, screens, disc or die used in the machine to create your logo/s on to the product/s. This is a standard fee across the whole industry.
